How Etsy’s own packing slips work — and why they print small on 4×6
In Etsy’s help, printing a packing slip goes through Shop Manager → Orders: open the order, choose More actions → Print, tick Packing slips (and/or order receipts), adjust Customizable options if you like, then print. Etsy notes that packing slips and order receipts are not invoices for buyers, and that orders marked as a gift print without the price and include the buyer’s gift message.

A 4×6 packing slip workflow for Etsy sellers
- Open the order in Etsy and note the order number, buyer name and each listing’s title, SKU (if you use them) and variations.
- Enter them in the maker — put the variation (size, colour, personalisation) in the Variant field so it prints under the item name.
- Leave Show prices off if the order is marked as a gift, and copy the buyer’s gift message into the Gift note box.
