The tool is provided as-is

FitMyPage is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

You are responsible for verifying output before printing or shipping

FitMyPage is a geometry tool: it crops and rescales the PDF you provide. It cannot guarantee that the resulting file is correct for your specific carrier, printer, or shipment. Always preview the output and, for anything shipment-critical, print and visually check at least one physical label before printing an entire batch. You are solely responsible for confirming that addresses, tracking numbers, barcodes, and postage information are correct and undamaged before use.

No guarantee of compatibility

FitMyPage is tested against a range of common PDF structures and thermal printer sizes, but PDF files vary widely in how they are constructed. There is no guarantee that every PDF, printer, or browser combination will work perfectly.

Carrier, marketplace, and printer names mentioned on this site (for example USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, Zebra Technologies, Rollo) are trademarks of their respective owners. FitMyPage is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them; they are referenced solely to describe compatibility.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of FitMyPage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost shipments, misprinted labels, or lost business — arising from use of this tool. Your use of FitMyPage is at your own risk.

Local processing

As designed, FitMyPage processes uploaded documents locally in your browser; see the Privacy Policy for details. This does not change your responsibility to verify output before relying on it.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the tool after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
