If a specific PDF didn't crop or resize correctly, it helps enormously to include:
- Which carrier or marketplace the PDF came from
- The output size you selected (4×6, A6, custom, etc.)
- Whether you used Manual Crop or Smart Crop
- A screenshot of the result
A note on privacy
Please avoid emailing shipping labels or sensitive personal information unless it's necessary to explain the issue. Because FitMyPage processes PDFs locally in your browser, support is usually possible without sending the actual document — a description and a screenshot are often enough.
