If a specific PDF didn't crop or resize correctly with the Shipping Label Resizer, it helps enormously to include:
- Which carrier or marketplace the PDF came from
- The output size you selected (4×6, A6, custom, etc.)
- Whether you used Manual Crop or SmartCrop
- A screenshot of the result
If it's about the Thermal Printer Diagnostic, it helps to include:
- Your printer's make and model
- Which zone (A–F) looked wrong on the printed test label
- A photo of the printed label
A note on privacy
Please avoid emailing shipping labels or sensitive personal information unless it's necessary to explain the issue. Because FitMyPage processes PDFs locally in your browser, support is usually possible without sending the actual document — a description and a screenshot are often enough.
