This page describes how FitMyPage actually works. It is written to be accurate, not to look impressive — please read it alongside the Terms of Use.

What FitMyPage does with your PDF

When you upload a shipping-label PDF, it is read and processed entirely inside your browser using JavaScript (pdf.js and pdf-lib). FitMyPage does not intentionally upload, transmit, or store your PDF, its contents, or any extracted label data on a server. The cropped/resized file it produces is generated locally and offered to you as a direct download; FitMyPage does not keep a copy.

Local browser storage

FitMyPage may use your browser's local storage only for interface preferences (for example, remembering your last-used unit of measurement), never for the contents of an uploaded file. If a future version changes this, this page will be updated to say so before it happens.

Hosting and server logs

Like virtually any website, the infrastructure that serves this site (for example, a static hosting provider or CDN) may automatically log basic technical information for every request it receives — such as IP address, browser type, and requested URL — for security and reliability purposes. This is standard web server behavior, is outside FitMyPage's application code, and does not include the contents of any PDF you process, since your PDF is never sent to the server in the first place.

Analytics

FitMyPage uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand basic website usage and performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed to operate without cookies and does not collect or use visitors' personal data for advertising.

Uploaded PDFs and their contents are not included in analytics. Shipping-label processing occurs locally in your browser, not on a server, so there is nothing about your PDF for analytics to capture.

Advertising

Advertising (for example, Google AdSense) is not enabled on this site by default. If it is enabled in the future, this section must be updated to disclose that ads and any associated cookies/tracking are in use, and a consent mechanism appropriate to applicable law (for example, a Google-certified Consent Management Platform for visitors in regions that require it) must be added — this policy text alone is not that mechanism.

Affiliate links

Affiliate links are not in use anywhere on this site. If that changes in the future, this page and a dedicated disclosure will be updated before any such link goes live.

Children's privacy

FitMyPage is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If how this tool handles data changes, this page will be updated. Continued use of the tool after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
