- Windows: open Printer Preferences for the Rollo printer and set the paper size to 4×6 in (100×150 mm); Rollo’s support articles also cover defining custom sizes and adjusting margins there.
- Mac: in the print dialog choose Paper Size → Manage Custom Sizes, add a 4″ × 6″ size, then set it as the default for your Rollo under Printers & Scanners, as Rollo’s Mac guide describes.

Rollo printers are direct thermal: there’s no ink or toner, and the heat-sensitive stock can fade with time, heat and sunlight. That’s fine for a packing slip that’s used within days, but don’t treat it as an archive copy.
