How eBay’s own packing slips work
eBay’s help describes printing a packing slip from Seller Hub → Orders: select the three dots next to an order and choose Print packing slip and more. You can also select several orders and print them together from the Shipping menu. Sellers on eBay’s community forums report a customize option there that can include the item’s custom label (SKU), and they also ask how to get packing slips to fit 4×6 label printers.

An eBay packing slip that fits a thermal printer
- Enter the order number and buyer name from your eBay order.
- For each item, put the title in Product and your custom label (SKU) or item number in the SKU field, so items are identifiable at a glance.
- Multi-quantity or combined orders? Add one row per listing and use Qty for the count — the slip totals units for you.
- Add a short thank-you and, if you like, a returns or contact line in the footer.
- Print at Actual Size on 4×6 stock. Include it in the parcel; the shipping label goes on the outside.
